What is your return and exchange policy?

Lost or Delayed Items During Transit
The seller is not responsible for items lost or delayed during transit. Most items will come with a tracking number for peace of mind. Please contact the shipping provider if an item does not arrive on time. -
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, you can request a replacement within the first 5 days of receipt. Please provide a clear photo of the damage for reference. -
Returns
Returns are not accepted once an item has been received. However, you may request a cancellation of your order within 4 hours of purchase. Please contact the seller immediately if you wish to cancel. -
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed, but the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
What is Print on Demand?
POD is an e-commerce model where custom products (like t-shirts, mugs, art) are only created after a customer buys them, using a third-party supplier who prints, packs, and ships the item directly to the buyer, eliminating inventory costs and risks for the seller.
Since 2019, Ethel has partnered with trusted third-party vendors like Giclee Today, Zazzle, and Printful. Their commitment to high-quality products and reliable drop-shipping has made them Ethel’s go-to collaborators for years.

Standard U.S. Shipping: FREE with tracking, with a delivery time of about 2-4 business days.

Rush Shipping: $7.00 with tracking, and delivery in 1-2 business days.

International Standard Shipping: $12.00 with tracking, with delivery taking about 7-10 business days, depending on the country (Canada and Puerto Rico are typically faster).

Can canvas prints be shipped out internationally?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship canvas prints internationally due to potential damage during transit, customs confiscation, or delays. As an alternative, we highly recommend purchasing a digital download. This option is more cost-effective and eliminates the risk of damage or shipping issues. Plus, you’ll have the flexibility to print it locally at your preferred print shop. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I reproduce and sell your work?
No. Ethel Martinez works diligently to create illustrations for customers to personally admire and enjoy. Please be respectful and responsible. Her digital files are not permitted to be resold, redistributed, or reprinted. Any violation of these terms may result in serious legal action.
Is it possible to purchase in bulk or wholesale?
